1. Filing a Copyright Complaint
To submit a copyright complaint, please provide a written notice that includes substantially the following information:

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted or submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification that includes:
- your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in your jurisdiction, or if outside the United States, a court of appropriate jurisdiction where we may be found
- your physical or electronic signature

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Where appropriate, The Queen City Post may remove content, reject submissions, disable comments, restrict access, or take other action against users or submitters who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
5. Good Faith Use Only
Knowingly making false, misleading, or bad-faith copyright claims or counter-claims may expose the sender to legal liability. Please submit notices only where you have a good-faith basis for doing so.
6. Third-Party Content and User Submissions
Certain content appearing on this site may be provided by users, commenters, guest contributors, or third parties. We may remove, disable, or restrict such content in our discretion upon receipt of a valid complaint or where otherwise appropriate.
