• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in your jurisdiction, or if outside the United States, a court of appropriate jurisdiction where we may be found
• your physical or electronic signature

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Where appropriate, The Queen City Post may remove content, reject submissions, disable comments, restrict access, or take other action against users or submitters who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

5. Good Faith Use Only

Knowingly making false, misleading, or bad-faith copyright claims or counter-claims may expose the sender to legal liability. Please submit notices only where you have a good-faith basis for doing so.
